Salary is paying 45,000 p/a Requirements: NVQ/C&G Level 2/3 Plumbing NVQ/C&G Level 2/3 HVAC F-Gas About the company: A well-established maintenance provider currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with either a Plumbing or HVAC Bias working on one of their iconic sports venues based in Twickenham. This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is looking to add a strong Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to their team. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on an iconic sports venue in Twickenham. Mon-Fri (Days) working 08:00 - 16:00 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Company Pension scheme Private Healthcare Responsibilities: Lead Engineer as part of an Engineering team PPM's & reactive maintenance Managing PPM's, logbooks, and compliance Medical Gas Responsible for all output on the following PPM tasks: AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, Plumbing, etc. Candidate requirements: Client-facing experience Experience working on Healthcare Contracts Strong building services background Plumbing Qualified or HVAC qualified / F-Gas Contact us to apply:
