Our Client based in Lichfield are a leading FMCG company renowned for its superior product quality and industry leading standards. Due to their continued growth in customer demand, they are seeking a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer specifically for their Injection Moulding Department. This role offers a favourable shift pattern of alternating 3 on/3 off (0500-1700 / 1700-0500), allowing for a work-life balance while providing you the chance to utilise and enhance your skills in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. The starting salary for this position is competitive at £50,100 per annum, with potential earnings reaching between £55,000 and £65,000 per year through overtime, shift allowance, and bonuses.
