Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Burghfield, Berkshire 58 days paid annual leave 4 day working week every other week 40,000 + 2.5K Site Allowance Commercial Maintenance.
Due to increased contract demand, we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer within the Facilities Maintenance industry, within a large, high security, commercial environment.
You will be working on a static, large commercial estate, as part of a large M&E Maintenance team. Duties may include PPMs, fault finding, reactive maintenance and remedial works across Mechanical and HVAC building services equipment. This may include; AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation equipment, VRV / VAV / VRF, split, multi split systems, basic pipework and plumbing, vented and un-vented hot water systems, water cylinders and other similar equipment.
Employment Package: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Basic Salary: 40,000
Additional Earnings: 2,500 site allowance + paid overtime available.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:45am - 4:30pm / Monday - Thursday: 07:45am - 4:30pm (alternating weeks - every other friday off, paid).
Holiday: 58 days paid annual leave: 25 holidays, 8 bank holidays, 26 Fridays per annum.

Requirements / Candidate Profile: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Must be qualified in a Mechanical or HVAC discipline, ie: Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or similar.
Experience within commercial building services / maintenance within commercial environments is preferable.
Must be able to undertake and gain SC and DV level security clearance.
