Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
to join their growing team within London. The successful candidate will be providing installation, planned maintenance, and servicing to a wide range of mechanical equipment. With two offices based within the UK, the company has grown from strength to strength since launching in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions, and capital projects works throughout the UK. They mainly work with a wide variety of commercial plant rooms, high-end residential, retail, and commercial spaces. They are currently in search of a Mechanical Maintenance Mobile Engineer to join a team of X5 to provide maintenance and breakdown to mechanical units to a wide variety of commercial clients including: Pumps/Motors/Boosters AHU’s & HVAC Maintenance Fan Coil Units Fixing leaks, radiator valves, TMV’s, risers, changing taps, valves, actuators, strainers, hot and cold water systems, expansion vessels, calorifiers, pressurization units. This role is based on a 40-hour week, with the ideal candidate holding recognized qualifications in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical.
