As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving production lines and machinery within the designated work area to ensure output is achieved within production performance, quality, yield, and environment targets. Key Responsibilities: Safely maintain and improve production lines and machinery Support new initiatives and programs Provide technical support for product and size changeovers Ensure asset care tasks are completed as defined in the Maintenance Execution Plan Give technical support and supervision to operators and operator technicians Conduct root cause analysis Complete advanced preventative and breakdown maintenance Ensure effective use of the site's Maintenance Management System (SAPPM) Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Checks Required Skills and Qualifications: HNC mechanical engineering or above Qualified or experience apprentice-served engineer Benefits: Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per year Ongoing training and development opportunities Chance to work with a global leader in the consumer goods industry
