Well-Established Facilities Management Company About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join my client's team, to be based at a site in Isleworth. In this role, you will primarily oversee maintenance tasks across this large commercial building. You will spend 70% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues. Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines. Provide technical support to the mechanical team, occasionally assisting with electrical planned maintenance checks. What They Offer: Competitive salary of £51,000 per annum. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar M&E (Mechanical bias) maintenance supervisory or leadership role. Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&E systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Driving licence is desired, not essential.
