Our client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Trainer to join their team in Redditch. Key Responsibilities As a Mechanical Maintenance Trainer, you'll deliver hands-on, practical training in areas such as mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, fitting, and assembly, equipping learners with the skills they need to thrive in the industry. You'll create tailored training plans and materials, track learner progress, and provide personalised support to help them succeed. Your role will also involve maintaining training facilities and equipment to a professional standard and fostering a safe, positive learning environment. Our client understands that transitioning to teaching might be a new experience for you. They provide full training and support to gain teaching and assessment qualifications, ensuring you're fully prepared to excel in this role. Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English. Significant industry experience in mechanical maintenance or related fields. No prior teaching experience? No problem! If you've mentored apprentices, led teams, or provided on-the-job training, you already have transferable skills that will help you succeed in this role.
