Permanent Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Team Leader with a background in Mechanical Engineering and cable assembly experience. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring efficient assembly processes, high-quality standards, and timely project delivery. Your strong mechanical expertise, hands-on dexterity, and leadership will be key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring production goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion. Oversee and participate in cable assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to improve processes. Monitor and optimize production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Train and mentor team members on technical skills and safety protocols. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and drive improvements.
