They are seeking skilled professionals to support their ongoing expansion.

Role Overview As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of mechanical elements across diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Attending project kick-off meetings and managing mechanical deliverables to meet timelines and budgets. Reviewing project details and specifications to ensure comprehensive understanding. Preparing and managing technical submittals until approval. Tracking labour progress and maintaining weekly updates, including managing any changes or variations. Collaborating with main contractors and client site teams. Coordinating and overseeing the delivery of project materials, plant, and equipment. Ensuring construction and commissioning plans are implemented effectively. Managing documentation and project handover processes. Scheduling and attending meetings with subcontractors to align on project milestones. Participating in general site meetings and addressing actionable points. Sharing innovative ideas with the Contracts Manager to enhance project outcomes.

Key Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar capacity. * A strong track record of managing and delivering large-scale projects successfully. * Relevant qualifications in Construction or Project Management (preferred). * Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
