Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager I am currently working alongside a leading M&E contractor who is looking to hire an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager with CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) and Data Centre experience. My client specialises in delivering innovative solutions across the construction and engineering sectors, particularly within mission-critical environments. Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Responsibilities: Leading the on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and CSA works for Data Centre projects. Managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and direct labor. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications. Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the project management team. Managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, effectively. Liaising with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise. Ensuring compliance with project-specific CSA and Data Centre requirements. Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Requirements: Right to work in the UK. Relevant industry qualifications such as HNC, Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred). Possess a valid CSCS/ECS/SKILLcard or equivalent certification. Certification in SMSTS and First Aid at Work (mandatory). Proven experience in delivering mechanical, electrical, and CSA projects, specifically within mission critical environments. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
