Role Overview: This role involves managing a large-scale mechanical project within a commercial build, specifically focusing on pipework with a budget of £21 million. The project is currently in the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) phase until May 2025, working closely with an in-house Design team, CAD team, and a design consultancy to reach Stage 4 Tender by September 2025. Following this, the project will move into pre-construction and then into the construction stages from March 2026 to January 2028. The project involves transforming an old 1960s building, stripping it back to the core and rebuilding it to Shell & Core through to CAT A standards.

Skills and Experience Required: Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in leading large mechanical packages on commercial projects. Stable Career History: A stable CV showcasing consistent and relevant experience. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage and coordinate teams effectively. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly pipework. Project Management: Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
