January 16, 2025 About the role of Mechanical Project Manager In this role you will have the chance to work with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a Data Centre in North West London, we are looking for candidates available to start within the next 1-4 weeks - this contract is due to last until mid 2026, with the company being open to keeping the right person on for future projects. Responsibilities for Mechanical Project Manager Measuring progress and resources required to meet project expectations. Organising labour. Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project assigned to you. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle. Procurement of plant, materials & labour Requirements for Mechanical Project Manager Mechanical Building Services experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role. Proven track record of delivering Mechanical projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge. Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
