Mechanical Project Manager
sought, Bristol. Build Maintain Recruit (BMR) require a Mechanical Project Manager to join a regional MEP Contractor based out of their Bristol hub. We initially require support on a 1500 student accommodation scheme in North Bristol. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the project from pre-construction through to handover.
South Wales based, the business provides both MEP building Services Engineering and maintenance there on spanning South Wales and the South West with three regional offices. You will be based within their Bristol hub, delivering mechanical projects within the region.
Day to day,
Initially, coordinate pre con activities and manage sub contract appointments Oversee and manage all mechanical works on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align project activities Monitor progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with building regulations Enforce health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments as needed Manage site teams and ensure efficient communication and execution of tasks Track project costs, addressing any variances to maintain budget control
In return,
we are offering a competitive salary (up to circa £65,000) plus package there on, whilst offering the opportunity to join a growing business unit delivering a complex scheme locally.
