Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC Building Services
Parkinson Gray Associates have been engaged to assist our client in recruiting an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC - Building Services).
Our client is a well-known, owner-operated building services contractor managing turn-key MEP projects, encompassing both electrical and mechanical elements. With a solid balance of working directly with end-users and select main contractors, they possess an enviable order book and plan to expand their team.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional in building services for this role. As a proven Mechanical Project Manager, you will be able to make an immediate impact within the business. You should be capable of taking charge of projects and driving them toward profitable completion, on time, within budget, and to demanding levels of customer service. Familiarity with the aspects of mechanical contracting is essential, and you should be positioned to perform the job “out of the box.”
This is an office-based role, but any experienced Project Manager will understand the necessity of being on-site, and there will be some travel involved.
We are looking for a proven Mechanical Project Manager who demonstrates a successful career to date, with substantial periods of employment in your past and genuine reasons for seeking a new position.
