My client is an HVAC Specialist Contractor who has been operating for around 8 years.
Based out of their HQ in Kent, they have built a solid team and client base which is bringing in consistent work and are seeking a
Mechanical Project Manager
to join their team.
Project Values range between £50k - £1.5mil.
THE ROLE - Mechanical Project Manager
Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm / 40 Hour Weeks
Based out of their Office in Kent along with carrying out site visits. You will be working on Mechanical Projects up to a value of £1.5mil.
Project examples will be anything Mechanically related, from toilet refurbishments, tea points, 4 pipe systems, boilers and plant room refurbishments, AHUs and Air Conditioning.
Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating mechanical projects Overseeing project teams Collaborating with clients and contractors Developing budgets and schedules Ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet regulatory requirements
Required:
Building services knowledge, including plumbing Procurement and budgeting experience Strong mechanical engineering skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to lead and manage technical teams Gold/Black CSCS card Previous on-site management experience
SALARY & PACKAGE £60,000 - £65,000+ Van & Fuel Card Travel Expenses covered if needed to go to site Discretionary Bonus Schemes 20 Days & 8 Bank + Birthday Off (increases after years of service) Pension Scheme Laptop/Phone/Tablet
