Full time, permanent position Essential Site Solutions are working with a long standing client who are looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team in the Leeds area. This is a permanent position and the Mechanical Project Manager must have experience in HVAC. Job Duties for the Mechanical Project Manager: Manage multiple projects from prestart to weekly progress and handover meetings. Ensure good communication by liaising with engineers and site managers. Liaise with professional bodies and manage operatives to ensure deadlines and budget compliance. Organise and monitor job resources, from labour to materials. Must have experience on HVAC projects. Strong technical experience. Project cost control. Effectively record and monitor daily diaries, site progress including photographs, and meeting minutes/notes. Required skills, training and experience for the Mechanical Project Manager: Minimum of NVQ level 3/ City and Guilds (or equivalent) in a relevant trade. Previous experience managing projects is desirable but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Literate and numerate with good IT skills. Full UK driving licence. Ability to understand and work to/design drawings. CSCS card and Asbestos training are desirable but not required. Benefits for the Mechanical Project Manager: Company vehicle or car allowance.
