DB Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with the following experience and sectors:
Required Experience:
HVAC and all other elements of mechanical building services
Hotels, restaurants, sports facilities, leisure centres, care homes, and education (not residential)
Salary:
Circa 60k pending experience and qualification Car allowance:
Circa 5k Key Responsibilities: Technically aware of up-to-date rules and regulations Ability to carry out site surveys and technically review installed services Good design knowledge Problem solving at site level Manage sub-contract and direct employees in terms of programmes/deadlines Procurement and better buying Client facing Cost control of projects Witnessing of commissioning Some estimating capabilities Understand and check design drawings and relevant install works Defects collation and issuing for installed works Managing sub-contractors from tender to handover Managing programmes and deadlines Site meetings to represent Elm Understanding of testing and commissioning on relevant plant/kit/electrical services where appropriate Turnkey project management Job Types:
