Ridgeway and Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Tier One contractor in their search for a Mechanical Project Manager located in Norwich, paying up to £100,000.
This role entails immediate involvement in Commercial projects throughout Norwich.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee mechanical construction projects for prestigious end user clients, ensuring delivery from inception to completion. Engage and attend meetings with the Project Management team to confirm design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers. Oversee construction plans, ensuring adherence to time constraints and budgets. Procure building materials and equipment necessary for the project. Develop and manage relationships with project teams and liaise on behalf of the company with clients. Provide weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings. Skills & Experience
Relevant mechanical qualifications. Experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager for a tier one M&E contractor or Mechanical Project Manager with project experience upwards of £5 million M&E. Proven experience managing prestigious end user clients. Tier one project experience in any of the following markets: commercial office, hotel/leisure, residential, or data centre. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects from inception to completion. Longevity of 3 years+ with current employer.
