Your new company We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company specialising in commercial and industrial plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. With over 30 years of industry experience, this company is known for delivering high-quality projects from start to completion. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. Your new role As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Conducting site visits and inspections. Involvement in estimating and procurement processes. Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field are preferred, such as an HNC/D in Building Services, though this is not necessary. Commercial experience is essential. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required. What you'll get in return

£45,000 to £60,000 Plus Bonus & Car/Van. Opportunities for professional development and career progression. A supportive and collaborative work environment. Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Project involvement in commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals with values typically ranging between £300,000 to £800,000.
