The Role:
Responsible for all mechanical aspects of project execution, managing on-site resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood. Manage on-site resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency. Manage projects from contract signature stage through all phases until handover to the end user. Attend on-site meetings as and when required. Responsible for handover to clients and aftercare.

18+ years experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects in and around the London area. Offices based in Central London & Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. Expected to turnover £22m in 2025. Strong order book. 36 direct employees + subcontractors.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager. Will have previous experience working with commercial projects up to the value of £3m. Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card; SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous. Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Will have excellent communication skills.
