Immediate Company Overview: Our client is a well-established mechanical specialist subcontractor, providing high-quality mechanical building services to a range of commercial, healthcare, and office fit-out projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve overseeing multiple projects located in and around the M25, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate the mechanical team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to ensure all project specifications are met. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control. Oversee the procurement of materials and resources for each project. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff members. Ensure that all projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, with a background in building services (ideally within commercial, healthcare, and office fit-out sectors). Experience managing both traditional and design-and-build projects. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design, and installation processes. Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Benefits: Competitive salary of 75,000 - 80,000 per annum. Expenses covered.
