The business has just been acquired by a new Managing Director who has aspirations to increase the turnover. Following a successful first 12 months, they have been appointed on projects for Mace, Ambit and 8Build.
Role: Mechanical Project Manager - £70,000 - £75,000 + Travel + Healthcare + Gym Membership + Pension
My client has a reputation for delivering commercial office fit-out projects up to circa £8m MEP value. Following the takeover, they are tendering projects in excess of £10m MEP value.
Role/Responsibilities:
* Programming
* Technical Submittals
* Procurement
* Sub-contractor and Labour Management
* Cost Control
* Progress Reporting
* Health & Safety
* Project & Programme Implementation
* Understanding of design and drawings
* Technical & Progress Meetings
* Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
* Compilation of O&M Manuals
The ideal candidate:
* Have 3-5 years' experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations.
* Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.
* Experience working in the commercial sector.
