Key Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of mechanical projects, from conception and design to implementation and completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors. In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, design processes, and construction management. Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
