Senior Mechanical Technician / Project Manager

You will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and supervising jobs, and have an extensive and broad skill base from different industries. You should be able to read drawings, produce specifications, and turn them into work. Excellent communication skills are essential to communicate with clients and grow long-term business relationships. The role will require you to work in different capacities depending on project complexity. Responsibilities:
Work on machine installations covering aspects of pneumatics, mechanical, pipework, and maintenance processes. Requirements:
An experienced Senior Mechanical Fitter with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with PPM systems and paperwork. Able to read mechanical drawings. Able to work to a high standard of finish. Excellent team and communication skills. Must be professional as the role can be customer-facing. Must be able to lead a team and possess good man-management skills. Must have a driving license. Experience in disassembly and reassembly of mechanical parts, providing machine maintenance and PPM at customer sites. Personal development is an integral part of the role, so a can-do attitude is a must. All interviewees must be able to substantiate any qualifications with certification.
