Headley Professional Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager for an M&E company located near the M1 to the east of Sheffield. The company is one of the UK's leading multi-disciplined business service providers, offering a coordinated package of electrical, mechanical, data & IT services and maintenance solutions. They deliver a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, data & IT services and facilities management projects on behalf of clients across the UK.
They are currently recruiting two Mechanical Project Managers for permanent positions. One will work in their retail division while the other will be in their major projects division.
Responsibilities:
Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates Attend and manage on-site scheme phases Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary Perform site surveys Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times
Skills and Experience Desired:
SMSTS First Aid Certificate Asbestos Awareness CSCS Card Relevant qualification in building services & HVAC engineering
This client is a flexible company that offers hybrid working to Project Managers. Most Project Managers work 2-3 days in the office each week and 2-3 days from home or visiting projects.
