MBDA are looking for a Team Lead to work over a range of Product Life Cycles from Initial Concept, Detailed Design and Qualification to Production and In-service Support. Salary : Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Security Clearance:
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

You will be leading a team of mechanical engineers who develop the mechanical design of Missile Seekers. The team works in multifunctional teams developing world-leading Missile Seekers Systems.
What we're looking for from you: Demonstrable experience of work delegation as well as people development including feedback discussions Experience of stakeholder management, estimating, providing programmatic and technical guidance Degree/HND/HNC qualified with experience in Mechanical Design and Development of Equipment for missiles Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an understanding of how to tailor style based on message and stakeholder Proactive to identify areas for improvement and lead the team through change
