Major Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced site fitter/welder/mechanical engineer for our prestigious client based in Batley, West Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking to strengthen their engineering team with the addition of an experienced fitter/welder/mechanical engineer. The candidate will work as part of our site team welding/fabricating (primarily MIG) the machinery. The role will involve: Some repairing and patching pipework Fabricating chutes Hard faced welding on rotas Construction of barriers The candidate needs to have the ability to work as part of a team and must be Health & Safety conscious, ensuring that the procedures are followed to the highest standard. It will include mechanical work, and they must have formal qualifications. A clean license is essential. Working Monday to Friday with some potential site working. Excellent benefits package. INDAC
