My client is a leading provider of comprehensive mechanical and electrical services, specializing in residential construction projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of their clients. Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction. The successful candidate will oversee the mechanical aspects of their residential projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight:

Manage and supervise all mechanical site works for residential construction projects. Team Management:

Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Quality Assurance:

Maintain Inspection and Test Plans to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. Health & Safety Compliance:

Review and maintain Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments (RAMS) to ensure a safe working environment. Progress Reporting:

Produce accurate project reports and update the program of works as needed. Client Liaison:

Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any discrepancies and ensure satisfaction. Commissioning Support:

Assist commissioning teams during the project handover phase. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in residential construction. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to produce and interpret technical reports and drawings.
