Key Responsibilities include: Manage and oversee mechanical specialist packages from sub-contractor selection to install onsite Coordinate with other project departments: Electrical, ICT, Architectural Coordinate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution Manage and review of installation planning to ensure main milestones. Follow up budget-cost (mechanical area) in liaison with the Commercial team Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with mechanical codes and regulations Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to M&E manager Supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed Have a forward-thinking and proactive attitude Have good communication, professional people-management skills and show this in a commercial environment. Essential criteria Right to work in the UK Bachelors degree – electrical mechanical, building services or City & Guilds (Level3) - mechanical, electrical or building services or HND - either electrical, mechanical or building services CITB SMSTS certificate CSCS card or similar At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role Knowledge in main mechanical installation systems: water distribution, fire protection and ventilation systems Knowledge of the UK market and field of healthcare. Knowledge of equipment and installation of: 1. Ventilation exhaust system, filtration 2. HVAC systems :Chilled water, VRF 3. Water (hot-cold) distribution: pumping, piping, storage 4. Drainage systems 5. Fire protection systems: smoke exhaust system, fire hydrants, piping, gaseous suppression systems. Desirable knowledge of lift installations and equipment Minimum experience of commissioning, soft landings and the migration of existing staff into a new facility. Have understanding of BIM (Navisworks) and Autocad. Application Process:
