Mechanical Site Manager

Mechanical Site Manager Mechanical Site Manager required for immediate work on commercial new build projects across London. Typical projects include new build apartment blocks, student accommodation, schools, hospitals, offices, and retail, with values ranging from 250k to 2m +. Long-term work available through CIS or LTD, paying up to 280 per day, overseeing direct and subcontract labour. There is an option to work via agency on a temporary basis or consider a permanent position with the client after a certain time period. The successful applicant will come from a mechanical trade background and be able to overcome various day-to-day problems while overseeing a team of plumbers working on new build commercial projects. You will manage a mixture of subcontract and agency labour across various parts of the project, lead toolbox talks, and health and safety notices where required, and arrange inductions. As an experienced site manager or foreman, you must be client-facing and represent our client's professional reputation at all times. You will also be expected to assist with difficult parts of the installation and offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations. There will be an element of administration involved, including paperwork, timesheets, delivery notes, induction paperwork, and management of drawings and schedules.
