The Role - Mechanical Site Manager Having worked in the construction market as a mechanical site manager you will have extensive experience in taking the project from site start through to handover. You'll also be used to managing site based mechanical trade contractors, ensuring safe management and control of mechanical & electrical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures / processes. Specifically in this role you will be working on mechanical and electrical projects up to £4m varying between shell and core and fit out or both. The initial project will be based in Guildford and it is a £3.5m CAT A fit out of a commercial lab near Royal Surrey Hospital. Remuneration Depending on the experience you bring and the value to the business you can expect anywhere between £280 and £300 a day.
