We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor for a 12 month contract based in Dumfries, immediate start available. Details of the role below:

Contract, Full-Time hours (40 per week minimum) Rate:
£26 – £29 Per hour DOE Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities on construction sites Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage a team of mechanical technicians and contractors Monitor progress and quality of work Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise Maintain accurate project documentation Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar role Valid Supervisor’s Gold CSCS Card Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the mechanical construction industry Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of construction processes and techniques Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of health and safety regulations Desired Qualifications:
