Mechanical Supervisor - New-Build Education Building
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our principal M&E contractor client in a contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full plumbing, HVAC, and plant room installations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on the project. The project is being delivered by a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all mechanical installations on-site
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Maintain high standards of quality and safety
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
SSSTS certification
CSCS card
Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and plant room systems
Excellent project supervision and coordination skills
Attention to detail and project spec
Desirable:
Experience working on multi-million-pound commercial new build projects
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00pm
