Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage mechanical installation and maintenance operations for the residential project. Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) are installed according to design specifications, local codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure smooth project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and address any issues promptly. Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment required for mechanical installations. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, progress reports, and change orders. Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and contractors. Qualifications:
Valid cscs card SSSTS/SMSTS Proven experience in mechanical supervision, particularly in residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
