As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mechanical installation aspects on key projects. Your technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be essential in executing projects to the highest standards, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Day to day responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Provide guidance on installing mechanical systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams for project integration. Monitor compliance with engineering specifications and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Maintain records of work activities and equipment maintenance, supporting comprehensive project documentation and safety culture. Identify hazards and ensure all work follows relevant safety regulations. Skill set required for the role:

Proven supervisory experience in mechanical installations on complex M&E projects. Strong planning, organisation, and monitoring skills with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively at all levels and enjoying challenges. Ability to prioritise work, thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations with adaptability. Legal right to work in the UK with NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC or a related discipline (desirable). Benefits:
