We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the mechanical installations for a new build residential project. As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project by supervising the mechanical trades on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, and managing health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and associated systems) for a new build residential development. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations. Monitor daily work activities, ensuring quality control and productivity. Provide leadership and guidance to the mechanical team, including subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments as required. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely project delivery. Monitor progress, report on any delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Conduct inspections and provide feedback on the quality of work and adherence to design plans. Ensure all necessary tools, materials, and resources are available for the mechanical team. Maintain accurate site records and reports, including work schedules, progress, and issues. Key Requirements:

CSCS Card SSSTS / SMSTS Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction or residential sector. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in residential builds (HVAC, plumbing, heating, etc.). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Good understanding of health and safety regulations and site safety management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field (HNC, HND, or equivalent). How to Apply:
