Mechanical Supervisor - Guildford
Salary - 45k
Working hours - Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 in 4/5 on call
Overview:
TXM Recruit is currently searching for a permanent Mechanical Supervisor to work within a facilities management company on one of their commercial contracts in Guildford.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing all mechanical staff (shift engineers, fabric engineers, plumbers, ventilation/HVAC engineers etc). Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities. Liaise with Facilities Managers, and internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables. 1 in 4/5 escalation on call.
Specifications: Experience managing mechanical staff, ideally within a commercial/industrial setting. Applicable mechanical qualifications. Full UK Driving Licence.
Benefits: 25 days annual leave. Company pension. On call pay.
