Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £51,000 + package.
Requirements: Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC City & Guilds level 2/3 in Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC
About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor working on a hospital contract based in West London. This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is currently looking to add an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to their team.
About the role: The Mechanical Supervisor will be looking after a team of 10 M&E Engineers on a Hospital contract based in West London. The role requires someone from a Mechanical background and qualified within these areas: Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC.
Responsibilities: Manage a team of 10 M&E Engineers Manage all technical issues Manage agreed KPI and SLA's Responsible for the technical development of all staff, including annual appraisals Management of client relationships on a daily basis Responsible for the permit system Strong technical engineering understanding (M&E)
