This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is currently looking to add an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to their team.
About the role:
The Mechanical Supervisor will be looking after a team of 10 M&E Engineers on a Hospital contract based in West London. The role requires someone from a Mechanical background and qualified within these areas: Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 10 M&E Engineers
Manage all technical issues
Manage agreed KPI and SLA's
Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals
Management of client relationships on a daily basis
Responsible for the permit system
Strong technical engineering understanding (M&E)
Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate is client-facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
Experienced Supervisor within FM - Technical Services
People Management, Good Leader
Technical Background (Mechanical)
