Monday – Friday, Full-Time Project Partners are now on the look for a Mechanical Supervisor to come and join a thriving team in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a full-time opportunity, and the ideal candidate will be based in and around Rugby. Job Role:

Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance resources to deliver excellence in plant reliability in the designated area of the plant whilst meeting safety, health, environmental and financial targets. Enforce safe operations and maintain environmental compliance. Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance plan. Collaborate with the Planning Department to ensure suitable parts, labour, and equipment are available to deliver the maintenance plan. Ensure inspection results and actions are taken to deliver reliability targets. Coordinate deployment of labour, parts, and equipment resources. Manage the section mechanical team concerning productivity, motivation, and discipline. Monitor performance of own staff and contractors and ensure jobs proceeding to plan. Supervise the carrying out of preventative maintenance inspections. Experience/Qualifications:

Apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent or National Certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor (degree) in Mechanical Engineering. 2 years’ experience as Mechanical Coordinator/Maintenance Team Leader or Deputy/Graduate Engineer in a cement plant. Benefits:
