We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at our client's Aberdeen facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting a diverse range of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee the maintenance and repair of North Sea offshore equipment across all PSLs, including Cementing, Well Production, Pressure Equipment, Pipeline Systems, and Coil Tubing. Ensure the efficient planning and scheduling of activities using SAP systems to maintain operational excellence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project and operational deadlines. Uphold high standards of safety, compliance, and quality in all aspects of mechanical supervision. Provide expert knowledge and guidance to the team, driving continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements: Proven experience with North Sea offshore equipment and operations. Strong working knowledge of SAP planning and scheduling systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
