Rate: £280 per day
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor for a temporary position on a busy site in Portsmouth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage mechanical subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to timelines. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of project goals. Maintain and manage all site paperwork, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
About You: Have proven experience in a similar Mechanical Site Manager / Supervising role. Be confident managing subcontractors and liaising with key stakeholders. Possess strong IT skills and the ability to handle site documentation effectively. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
