A Water/Wastewater contractor we are working with is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to support with large capital delivery schemes on behalf of Thames Water. They are a Tier 1 contractor and have multiple live schemes, all of which are attached to Clean water sites.
The candidate will need to have experience within the water/wastewater or Energy sectors for another contractor in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 capacity.
You will be attached to projects that involve pipework fabrication, welding, and inspection, as well as an understanding of P&ID's and GA drawings for pipeline snagging works.
The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors, as well as being accountable for the successful management of large mechanical packages of work on important projects for Southern Water. You will be expected to review RAM's, manage contractor progress, and support Site and Project Managers in all elements working towards key deliverables. You will be responsible for quality assurance, management of permits, and supporting delivery efforts.
