Mechanical Supervisor
- Reading - circa £30 per hour - Start 6th January 2025
AndersElite require a Mechanical Supervisor, with a strong trade background in mechanical services, to work as a supervisor on a commercial refurbishment project in Reading, starting 6th January 2025.
This is a freelance / contract position and will last for approximately 6 months from start date until completion of the project.
Main Duties: Supervision and co-ordination of relevant sub-contractors within heating, A/C, fan coil units, sprinkler systems, and ductwork installations. Performing some tasks in a working capacity, such as basic plumbing (90% supervision).
Qualifications: Site experience of refurbishment and new build projects in the commercial sector. Able to interpret mechanical drawings and design layouts. IT literate. SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification. Up to date CSCS certification. 1st Aid at Work certificate (required).
Payment:
Based on experience, approximately £30 per hour, typically working 9hr days Monday to Friday.
