Overview
A leading M&E Contractor based in East London is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team and progress towards a Project Manager position.
They work primarily within the commercial sector in London and the South East. The role is ideal for a Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager who is looking to develop their career and perhaps has some project management experience.
You will need to have strong administration and organization skills and excellent mechanical technical knowledge. Experience within the commercial sector would also be an advantage.
They have an excellent reputation within the industry and have enjoyed good periods of growth over the past couple of years.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services
Order and co-ordinate delivery of materials
Oversee multiple projects
Conduct Progress Meetings / Reports
Ensure works are undertaken to the highest standards
Conduct Toolbox talks
Prepare RAMS
Person Specification
Mechanical building services background
Supervisory experience
Some Project Management experience ideally
Commercial project experience
Motivated man-manager
Ambitious and wanting to progress
Excellent communication skills
