About the role This role is for a Mechanical Services Surveyor and they will be responsible for service delivery to a wide range of clients in designing solutions in the council’s building portfolio. Responsibilities revolve mainly around the delivery of service, maintenance and repair provisions as well as design and delivery of refurbishment and replacement projects in mechanical building services.
