at this site, subject to meeting eligibility criteria. Key Duties and Responsibilities for the Mechanical Systems Engineers

Lead a small team of engineers from a technical perspective, delegating tasks and checking and approving technical systems documentation. Heading designs and manufacturing tactical and strategic solutions to support new defence systems. Manage internal and external design reviews and meetings with the customer, paying attention to the complex picture and the finer details of the designs and safety elements. Acting as the key point of contact with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders on engineering solutions. Innovating new ways to streamline and deliver systems quicker while maintaining cost, quality, and safety. Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Mechanical Systems Engineers

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, or a high level of experience within an engineering environment, with experience writing and reviewing technical reports and systems specifications. Experience leading design-oriented tasks across a product life-cycle in a production and/or prototype environment. Experience presenting design concepts, technical reports, and specifications to stakeholders. Experience working in a hands-on mechanical or systems background. Experience interpreting design plans. CEng or ability to attain this. Defence systems experience or working within this experience. Benefits:
