Job Description: As Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for safely and accurately assembling and testing new Control products, consisting of any Hydraulic and Grease Control modules Pressure test and injection units along with all accessories used along with this equipment. Ability to use hand tools safely including tube bending equipment. You will support and improve assembly of NOV ISE products through specific techniques as well as innovative idea generation and creative, efficient problem solving. You will support and assist your colleagues where required and report any health and safety improvements and infringements, stopping any operations you deem to be unsafe immediately reporting these to your Cell leader or line manager. You will follow all risk assessments and participate in all safety initiatives. It is essential that the quality of your work is to the highest standard, it is expected to be right first time on time. Key Responsibilities: Document Interpretation and Assembly : Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products. Hydraulic System Manufacturing:

Manufacture hydraulic systems per designs and procedures, ensuring the cleanliness and integrity of these systems. Tube Bending:

Safely and accurately perform tube bending operations, utilizing tube bending equipment and ensuring adherence to specifications. Defect Detection:

Monitor and control materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or faults, ensuring high-quality standards. Inspection Adherence:

Strictly adhere to inspection and FAT criteria, policies, and procedures, assisting team members as needed. Quality Maintenance:

Maintain both the quality and quantity of production, ensuring products meet NOV standards. Workspace Organization:

Maintain an organized and visual workspace, adhering to 5S principles. Continuous Improvement:

Generate and implement improvement ideas, encourage idea generation among team members, and address safety and quality concerns proactively. Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety and quality regulations, report any safety hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies, quality requirements, and housekeeping standards. Qualifications: Essential: Engineering Documentation : Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, and ETS, as well as written instructions and procedures. Hand and Power Tools : Proficient in using basic hand and power tools, including tube bending equipment. Manufacturing Environment : Previous work in an assembly and manufacturing environment, including the preparation of components. Tube Bending : Small bore nonferrous tube bending experience. Well Control Equipment : Knowledge of well control and pressure testing equipment. Education : Time served apprenticeship or HNC in a relevant subject. Desirable: Hydraulic and Pneumatic Fittings : Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, including autoclave threading and coning of high-pressure tubing (training can be provided). Equipment Operation : Forklift and crane operation skills (training can be provided). Software Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). What we offer:
