Monday-Thursday 07:00-12:30 & 13:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-12:30 & 13:00-14:30 Holiday Entitlement:

29 days (pro-rated) In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing K-Winch Products, including wireline winches, masts, and associated accessories. You will play a key role in maintaining high safety standards, adhering to quality requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Accurately assemble equipment by interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and other technical instructions. Manufacture hydraulic systems, ensuring cleanliness and precision. Monitor and control materials to detect and address defects. Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Uphold safety standards and report any hazards or risks immediately. Participate in improvement initiatives such as Lean principles and 5S methodology. Attend daily briefings and contribute to discussions about operational improvements. Maintain high-quality output and ensure products meet required standards. Operate hand tools, including tube bending equipment, safely and effectively. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship, NC in a relevant subject. Experience: Proven background in a mechanical-based profession. Skills: Proficient with basic hand and power tools; able to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Desirable: Higher education in a relevant subject. Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. Forklift and overhead crane certification. Skills and Attributes: Ability to evaluate and apply technical information effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with innovative solutions. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset. Commitment to self-improvement and adherence to ethical principles.
