As a business, they employ about 35 staff across the board and specialise in Fast Track Commercial Office Fit-out projects in London with project values ranging from £500k – £11.5Mil. Job Summary

Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager Working Hours:
Monday – Friday – 08.00 – 17.00 We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to join our team. They currently have 5 Project Managers and 10 Site Supervisors. You will be site-based in London (with sites all across Central) focusing on installation and commercial fit-outs for AC, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values range between £500k - £11.5mil but will generally fall between £2mil - £5mil. Experience Required
Should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined mechanical services & installations, preferably in the commercial sector, with responsibilities including: Programming Technical Submittals Procurement Sub-contractor and Labour Management Cost Control Progress Reporting Health & Safety Project & Programme Implementation Understanding of design and drawings Technical & Progress Meetings Regular Site Inspection and Snagging Compilation of O&M Manuals Salary & Package
£50,000 - £70,000 Travel expenses to site covered 20 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays (increases to 25 Days after 2 years of service) Pension Scheme Contact
